Happy New Year

Happy New Year to you all. I hope next year is better than this one was, we had some ups but also some downs. A big wet slobbery kiss goes out to my friend Margeaux who is missing Jesse very much, I miss him too. And kisses to my family, the Dolyhir Clan, who also had losses in 2012. They have a very full house at the moment. Fireworks are going off here but I'm not scared of them, unlike the dishwasher and the vacuum.

So I hope the new year brings you happiness and lots of love. Goodbye 2012.

Yipppeeee!

Mr Postman finally got there. My pressie reached Margeaux at last. Mummy said "better late than never" but I had wanted it there in time for Christmas.
So for those of you who didn't manage to find in on the tree, it was just at the top, under the star. This is a close up.

I hope all of you had a lovely Christmas/Yuletide or whatever holiday you celebrate at this time of the year. Lets hope the new year will bring you all happiness and joy.

I hope you all have a good day, eat too much, drink too much and be merry. My present didn't reach California in time, I won't trust Mr Postman again. Sandy Paws didn't bring what I wished for either, SNOW. I hope you all got what you wanted.

So sad

I'm so sad today. Mr Postman has let me down. He hasn't got my pressie to the special person. I'm going to cry. Mummy is trying to cheer me up, so has Raelyn. Mummy says "hold on Fizzy, it's still the middle of the night in California" So if I leave it to 10am over there, that will be 5pm here, so I will have to check my e-mail then just to see if he has made it. Today is the last day to get it before Xmas, not to mention it's Yule today.

Happy Yuletide greetings for tomorrow.

I'm sad today, my pressie still hasn't got to where it is going. Hurry up Mr Postman, it has to get there, it's very special and it means a lot to me as I know it will to the person it has been sent to. Mummy had said she didn't know whether we should send it but I told her we had to, I picked it up and threw it at her. "Common mummy, post it already" I told her. I dropped it on her computer and it opened her e-mail. She couldn't believe it, it was an e-mail with the address to send it to. Now if mummy had sent it earlier it would be there by now. I can't wait to hear that it's got there.

He he, I'm something special coz I can balance things on my nose. I'm still waiting for Mr Postman to get to.....  Shhh, it's a surprise. As soon as I know it's got there I can let you know. I hope she (oops!) likes it.

Something special

Mummy had a word with Mr Postman today, he said it should only take 5 days for my parcel to get to America, it's been longer than that already. It took 2 weeks and 3 days for mummy's parcel to get to her friend in New Jersey, so that would mean another week for mine to get to where it's going. Hurry up Mr Postman, Sandy Paws gets his presents all around the world in one night. Perhaps I should have got Mr TNT or Mr UPS to take it. I'm getting inpatient now.

Xmas

I got my tree up. There is something very special on it. I wonder if you can find it, sshhh though, you mustn't say anything.

Ssshhhh!

Sssshhh everyone, keep it quiet. I've just posted my first xmas present. He he! I can't wait till it gets there. It has a long way to go, right across that big pond called the Atlantic Ocean. Then it has to travel even further to......... Sshh, I mustn't say, coz it's a surprize. I don't know how long Mr Postman will take but I wrote on it in big red pen to let him know it was very important and to handle it with care. I also had to fill a form out, luckily Mr Postman helped me but he was ever so nosey and wanted to know what was in it and how much it was worth. I told him it was a pressie and it was priceless, he told me that he would make sure it got there as Mr Santa is very buzy at this time of year so he was helping out. Isn't that good of him.

Talking of Mr Santa mummy found his site on the web and he has 2 reindeers there, you can watch him and his elves feed them. I didn't see Rudolph there though.

I have to help mummy put the decorations up soon, she's at work all day tomorrow so can't do it just yet, but I will post photos of them for you.

Bella

This is a video mummy took of Bella fetching her ball. She is very cute.

What a week.

Phew! I'm gonna be glad to have a rest tomorrow. Boy have I been busy. Mummy's been off work this week so first of all I helped her make some xmas tree decorations to send to her friends on FB, then she had a problem and some of her friends turned on her (this is what happens when you try to help some people). Then we went down to see Jake and his parents, Helene and Richard. They are very nice. I had such fun, we went for a walk at the beach, OMG! I have never seen the sea and dunes, I was up and down the dunes running around. Jake is a bit slower than me but I didn't mind, I kept coming back to check on him. His mummy cooked dinner which was lovely, I got roast beef and Yorkshire puddings, OMG!

Then today I went to Dansom Park to meet Bella. She is a Swiss Mountain Dog, so a cousin to us Bernese Mountain Dogs. A new friend Bella.





I've had such a great time, Bella was very fast but I'm sure she will slow down a bit when she gets older. She was very good chasing a ball.

Disaster

Wow, what a disaster USA has had. Hope any of you that lives there are ok. I know some of mummy's FB friends are not. Well I don't know if you remember me telling you about mummy helping someone out with their vets bill, she said she'd not help anyone else. Well she has, this time though it's for real, poor Marcy has lost her home due to the hurricane and Janice has not power and it's been 10 days already. Marcy only has the clothes she left with but she did remember to take all of Mika's toys and food so Mika's ok. Mummy couldn't afford to donate much this time but she did and this time it's real.

Mika

The silly thing is they are sleeping on friends floors, they can't find a hotel that has vacancies, they are all fully booked.  Mummy told me of the time we had a hurricane in the UK, she had no power for just over 10 days but luckily the weather wasn't too bad (USA has snow now). And we had a power cut here when someone decided to try and steal the metal wires at the main station, we were off for 3 days that time again it was lucky it was summer.

I immediately thought of Jesse, he loved to chase bunnies and loved snow. Wonder what he would have made of this. I can just see him jumping up to try and catch it.

A long walk

Mummy took me to the woods again today. We looked for bunnies and squirels, but didn't find any. We did get lost again though. Mummy said there are woods like this over the Rainbow Bridge, so I tried looking for Jesse, but he wasn't there. He would have liked it.

I went straight to sleep when I got home. I had to go in through the back door coz I was all dirty, but mummy dried me off.

A Rainbow has torn through my heart. My King, my Love has passed away, the angels came for him. I know he will wait for me, when my time finally comes he will be my Angel. Mummy found a poem for me, to try and help with the pain, to explain why he had to go. I will forever miss him, my wonderful JesseJ.

I will lend you a pup

For you to love him while he lives and mourn for when he's dead.

My poor love

I'm reposting my picture of me and Jesse coz Jesse isn't feeling very well, he ate something bad and it's upset his tummy. So get well soon my love. I hope this cheers you up as I know you wanted to go to the ranch and help your mummy & daddy close it up.

I'm also going to send Jesse this award that I was given by Misaki. I don't know how many bloggers I'm supposed to send it on to but I only want to give it to my JesseJ.

Dog show

Well mummy took me to another doggie show. We did have some fun although by the time it came to me going in the ring I was tired and wanted to go sleepy time, so I sat down and wouldn't move. I still got a blue rosette (2nd) and a lilac (5th) one. I didn't get any free doggie food coz I didn't come first. Never mind, I like the food mummy gives me, it's real raw food.

As I said, we had some fun. I nearly got a sister. We found this lovely little dog running around all lost. She was covered in foxy poo and insisted on jumping all over me and mummy. We managed to find some rope and tie her up so she couldn't run off again. Eventually her owner found us and she was able to go home. She was very happy and so was her mummy and daddy.

We also saw a group of dogs there that were also being shown. They had this really good handler, he pranced around the ring with the doggies and they had their noses stuck so high I wondered how they could breathe. They did very well and won most of their classes. I've never seen the like before. Maybe next time they might talk to me. Daddy was terrible at taking photos, he forgot to take any of me with my blue rosette and took blurry ones in the next show. He really needs to learn what to do.

I had to have a bath before I went, this time with water in it. I got mummy good and proper, she was wetter than me by the end of it. I gave her a bikit to say sorry.

I don't like the dishwasher, it is scary and makes funny noises. Mummy had to go and get me food and left me indoors with it, why oh why did she not take me with her. She couldn't find me when she got back coz I had to go and hide. In the bath....

Story

I managed to get chance to finish uploading my story. So for those of you who couldn't read the PDF can go to the page Tails of Seasons Sunset and read it there. Would love to read all your comments on it and I hope you all enjoy it. It seems to end a bit abruptly so I might add something into it at a later date.

It's autumn

The leaves are already falling, so is the rain. The wind is howling like a dog and it's scaring me, it keeps blowing the neighbour's tree and I think it's coming to get me. It's not safe indoors either, what with the dishwasher making noises and I don't know what it wants. So I'm hiding under the table again.

Mummy's not happy. She said she got conned by someone, not sure what that means. She gave some money to someone to help pay their vets bill as they said they couldn't afford it. Well I know my mummy is a very nice person so when she thought this poor woman was in trouble and her dog might not get the help he needed she decided to help out, so did a couple of other people and they all got conned. This woman could afford it, she has a big house in an rich area with expensive cars and a swimming pool. She took the money out of MY vet fund. Well now she says she won't help anyone out again. This makes me sad, my mummy's a nice person and likes to help, mummy's sad too coz she can't believe anyone would be that nasty. So everyone beware of FaceBook friends, they may not be what they seem. Think I need to give mummy some loves.

Puppies

Mummy's had her puppies. They are my half brothers & sisters, they have a different daddy to me. Four little puppies. Congratulations mummy.
